Snapshot: Local Market Statistics

To give you a small glimpse of the real estate market in our area, check out the statistics below. Keep in mind that real estate is a cyclical business throughout the year. The Spring and Summer months are generally more active in terms of sales and new listings than Fall and Winter are. We are knee-deep into Fall at the moment, but we are still seeing fresh listings pop up on the market, and we are also still seeing them sell!
