When you are looking for a new home, curb appeal is a big part of deciding whether or not to actually look at a home. The curve of the roof lines, the silhouette of the home, the style of construction, the building materials, and the architecture are all things to consider when choosing your home — whether purchasing a resale home or building a new one.

If you want to see what is considered ugly, check out these top 10 ugly buildings in the world. If I were to choose an ugly building in Harrisonburg or Rockingham County, it would be a tough call. There are so many beautiful buildings in our area, especially considering the history behind them. In general, though, I do think buildings built in the 1970’s weren’t very attractive. Your thoughts?
