If you’ve passed JMU’s Edith J. Carrier Arboretum recently, you’ve probably noticed the signs up for the Herb and Garden Festival. It is taking place on May 30th from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM in parking lot R3, across from the arboretum. According to James Madison University, this festival “features displays from the area’s premier vendors and free lectures by the Virginia Flora Project; native and exotic herbs, shrubs trees and garden accessories are for sale; admission and parking are free.”
