Prices range from about $300,000 to $400,000–with a few over $500,000. This neighborhood is in the Turner Ashby High School District, and is located just North of Route 33 West. One of the best parts of this neighborhood, besides the fact that the homes are spacious and situated on large plots of land, is that many homes have amazing views of nearby farmland and the mountains to the West!
