Good News for Sellers: Buyers Are Busy!

It is pretty well known, and completely understandable, that December is usually a slow month for real estate, considering the holiday season, vacations, parties, and all that is involved with that. However, December in 2009 proved to be busy for buyers in the Harrisonburg area! We’ve posted previously about the number of showings occurring at Kline May Realty, and December experienced another great month of showings on our books. The buyers are out, searching for their next home. (Hint: Sellers, more showings means greater odds of selling your home!)
