Every week, our team sends out a Weekly Update with new listings, among other things, to those who subscribe to it. (Note: If you’d like to subscribe, visit our website and go to the Weekly Market Update!) It is interesting to see just how many new listings go on the market over specific time periods, so here is a snapshot of the new residential listings by month for 2009. The average number of new listings for 2009 was 111.9 per month (as shown by the blue line).
