Last time we reported on Kline May Realty’s showings back in May, we found that showings were up over the year, even with the expiration of the first time home buyer tax credit. Now we’ve progressed through the summer months and are excited to report that showings over this summer have outstandingly exceeded showings over last summer.

Obviously, showings are not directly correlated with sales, but the more showings that are happening, the more likely homes are to sell, so it is good to see these numbers moving upward!

For those of you who like the raw numbers, June 2010 was down by 8 showings from 2009, July 2010 was up by 61 showings from 2009, and August 2010 was up by 38 showings from 2009.
