Dear Harrisonbloggers (that means you, Lisa and Chris!),
I have been completely neglected since June, and for that, I feel unloved. I understand that there have been two new babies among your team members, illnesses not permitting regular blogging, and the busyness of a summer real estate market, but the fact that I have been sitting here alone for months is, well, shameful.
There have been many events in the real estate world that have taken place during your absence, like important trends happening in home sales, the end of the first-time home buyer tax credit, changes in foreclosure trends in Virginia, etc. Because of your neglect, you’ve missed out on some hot topics.
But instead of rubbing all of this in your face, I’m willing to move past it. If you commit to visiting me often and writing new and informative posts for my faithful readers, I am willing to forgive you.
Sincerely,
Harrisonblog
