It’s the dog days of summer here in the Friendly City and we’re seeing the spring’s pending listings turning into sales (with a significant change of 23% above last June). New listings have fallen slightly (by 6%), but the average days on market continue to drop and the average price per square foot is on the upswing ($126 as compared to $119 from last June). The median sales price has shot up to $210,250 – 9% from 2017!
