Pending listings have shot up to 139 in July, which is 19% more than last July. New listings have fallen slightly (but only by 3%), however the average days on market continue to drop (down 9% from last year) and the average price per square foot is on the upswing by 6% as compared to year-to-date 2017. Water Street Vintage & Bohemian is opening on August 13th in the previous location of the Midtowne Bottle Shop on Water Street in downtown Harrisonburg. This shop offers a great variety of vintage clothing, a fun selection of hats, and unique jewelry (+ much more) all presented in a fun atmosphere. We are halfway through 2018 already! We are seeing a significant rise in listings (29%) as compared to May 2017, as well as a slight increase from year-to-date (7%). However, sales have dropped by 19% from last May.
