We’ve had a great 2017…and we wanted to take this time to reminisce and thank our amazing and dedicated vendors! From literally going the extra mile to answering our questions quickly, we are fortunate to be able to partner with them throughout the year. We’ve compiled memories from some of our agents of times that our vendors have gone above and beyond this past year. We thank you!
Highlights from 2017
Chris Rooker: “Benjamin Meredith has been one of the primary home inspectors I recommend for nearly 15 years. He has done THOUSANDS of home inspections – his knowledge of houses is encyclopedic. However, he is also extremely willing to help on short notice when needed. Earlier this year he helped me with three different situations in the span of a week where I needed to get a professional opinion within 24 hours. (One of those times, he was there within 15 minutes!). I can’t say enough about the guy!”
Cathi Anne: “The beginning of this year I was working with two different buyers that both ended up purchasing homes in Winchester. I didn’t have a contact for a home inspector in that area and felt that it was an important aspect when representing a buyer in order to protect them from trouble down the road. Over the years I’ve developed a trusted relationship with Brad Van Horn and recommended him again to these buyers. I was worried that he wouldn’t be willing to travel to Winchester but he did and it took him several trips because they both involved radon tests. Both clients had great experiences and smooth transactions. Thanks, Brad!”
Peyton Miller: “Mark Thompson with Blue Ridge Chimney Services spent time during a chimney inspection/cleaning to show the homebuyers’ kids how his equipment worked. He answered all of their questions while diligently doing his work.”
Andrea Dorman: “I had a buyer who wanted the air conditioning to be serviced on my sellers property- so we had it serviced with Air Quality Systems and they did a good and fast job to keep the price low. The buyer requested to have them come and use a specific type of spray on the outside of the unit that eats off dirt, grime and build-up. Shannon (the service manager), being the awesome dude that he is, came that afternoon from Timberville himself and did the spray-on application twice to make sure that the outside was as clean as he could get it. He was incredibly patient, kind and professional and was definitely a team player who vouched for his own worker but also came out to “finish the job,” which was more than we paid them for. I will definitely use them again anytime I need HVAC help.”
Zach Koops: “Mike Donitzen of Aztec Home Inspections has always gone above and beyond for me and my clients. Besides being extremely knowledgeable, he is consistently courteous, friendly, and often smiling! He is always willing to answer all questions and helps keep things in perspective when issues arise, and has made himself available for my clients in a pinch time and time again. I look forward to working with him again throughout 2018!”
Brant Suter: “Jeff Warner, owner of Imagination Services LLC., has been a vital assistant to many of our team’s agents and clients over the past several years. In a business where “time is of the essence” regarding home inspection repairs, Jeff always says “yes” to help our Sellers with improvements necessary to complete the sale – no matter how big or small; or how busy he is with other work.
We are thankful to Jeff’s commitment to our team. Even after a recent significant injury to his hand, Jeff was crawling in a crawlspace and scaling a roof (virtually on one hand) within a couple of weeks because he knew I needed his help to complete repairs for a home I had under contract. Jeff is not only a handyman, but has also helped my clients and friends complete many significant home improvements after they close on their home. Everyone I have referred him to has personally called me to thank me for recommending Jeff’s assistance.”
