In January we saw new listings, sales, and under contract properties dip slightly as compared to last January. However, the last 12 months of the same categories have risen slightly. Also, the average days on market continue to drop (down 19%) and our prices have risen ($210,500 as compared to $199,894 in 2018)! Houses are hitting the market and going under contract quickly. Average days on market continue to drop, down 14% from last January! If you’re looking to sell your home—this is certainly a seller’s market! As a team, we closed 71 seller transactions in 2018.
