Spring has sprung! March is at the cusp of the busy spring real estate market. We’re still experiencing low inventory, and that is reflected in the lower numbers for new listings and sales (as compared to last year). As a result of low inventory, the average days on market continue to drop, and the price per square foot continues to rise (6% up as compared to 12-month change!). Houses are hitting the market and going under contract quickly.
