We’re seeing decreases across the board in new listings, sales, and contracts as compared to last May and last January-May. However, we are staying level with the last 12 months, as compared to 2018-2019. The days on market continue to drop drastically, and we’re seeing a rise in the average price per square feet as well as the median sales price.
