We’re seeing a slight increase in new listings in July as compared to last year. The average days on market continue to drop, and the price per square foot continues to rise. The median sales price is 10% higher than last year! Buyers are feeling the pressure of the low inventory levels and 828 homes went under contract within 30 days during the past 12 months (that’s 12% up from last year).
