New listings are starting to pick up, and we saw a 23% increase in August as compared to last August. The average price per square foot continues to rise across the board, and the average days on market are dropping. 843 homes went under contract within 30 days in the past 12 months and 279 of the homes were sold for over the asking price (that’s 21% of total sales).
