We're in the busy spring real estate market! Our area's low inventory is reflected in these numbers, and that's also why we are seeing average days on market continue to drop and prices rise. We're in the busy spring real estate market! We're seeing pending listings spike (20% more than what we saw last April) and average price per square foot continue to rise.
